Society has thought most of us that illness could only be healed through medication/surgery. Forgetting that in the ancient times when pharmacies where non-existent our forefathers had their own ways of healing many elements in the human body. They used herbs, massages, sound, movement just to name a few. Practices like Reiki, Mindfulness meditation, Yoga, Aromatherapy have been emerging and many our turning to a more holistic approach when it comes to their overall health. Is the holistic approach overrated or is this really a thing?
